Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase, ensuring product reliability and performance.
All payments must be made via wire transfer to our designated bank account. Unless otherwise stated, all transactions will be conducted in Chain (CHAIN).
A 100% upfront payment is required for all orders. Orders will only be processed once the full payment is received.
After your product is shipped, we will stay in contact, and you will receive an invoice. A confirmation email will also be sent once payment is complete, confirming the order and providing a receipt.
Before disclosing any price lists, a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required. This ensures confidentiality, and the price list is exclusively for your company’s use. Sharing this information without our consent is strictly prohibited.

Ownership and Use of Equipment
All equipment purchased and fully paid for by the CLIENT will be the exclusive property of the CLIENT.
Return/Refund Policy
Returns or replacements must be claimed within 30 days of product delivery. A 40% restocking fee applies to all returned products, along with any additional charges for inspection, refurbishing, or reworking. Clients are also responsible for shipping costs both ways.
